Trying to Find the Name of that Pub

I know that when Karina retired she married and became Mrs Carrie Bentley. Carrie and her husband bought a pub in Leigh-on-Sea in the late 1960s or early 1970s. 

Does anyone recognise the names and the name of the Pub in Leigh-on-Sea?
